A little over a month ago, we showcased for the second time with The Bank Sale alongside 100 other vendors and many different artists including Crenshaw’s very own, Nipsey Hussle. It was great to see so many familiar faces on set up day but even better to see all new ones this time around.
While some vendors did a lot of homework, prepared and came on board, others just dove in. There is no right or wrong way to do this, it’s just a matter who actually goes out there and does it. Once you get started, you can only progress or quit so things can stay relatively simple in that sense. I really like that The Bank Sale provides a platform for all to come and showcase regardless of how young, old, small, or big your brand is. It’s a unique perspective that provides equal opportunity and leaves the critique in the hands of the customers, not the people running the show. At the end of the day, if you want to invest in yourself and bring some weak product, you’ll be the one spending time and money.
