Every city claims they got the best taco spot, burger joint, ____ but none can say they bring the amount of diversity as the city of the green. I’m gonna start off with a hidden gem located dead in the center of Gardena boulevard, Pollo A La Brasa.
The smell of chicken cooking over wood is potent, and you really can’t miss it driving down Vermont. ‘Pollo a la Brasa’ is peruvian style chicken thats usually served with large fries and a salad. I definitely recommend giving it a shot, I promise it tastes just as good as it smells. If you’ve driven past it before you probably know what I’m talking about.
Wanna try something new? I suggest you order the beef heart anticuchos. Yes, beef heart. This time, I promise it doesn’t taste as bad as it sounds.
